He will also provide tips/hints and useful websites to go to that will enhance your knowledge - for instance, computer kept crashing - advised to remove RAM (I've never been inside the casing!) and gently brush the connector strips. Having used bigger companies before when my PC started developing problems this time I looked for an alternative and found Pc Rescues. A quick response to my first contact and further emails afterwards helped put my mind at ease to what work maybe required and how Fauk would go about it. I dropped my Pc off to Faruk, again everything was explained simply and up front. Less than 24 hours later my pc was ready for collection and working like clockwork after several problems had been diagnosed and solved. I will certainly be keeping the Pc Rescues business card handy and recommending Faruk to my friends and family along with anyone else who will listen. Great Work!! Faruk from Pc Rescues quickly diagnosed a faulty Power Supply and was very reasonably priced. Have subsequently had additional hardware added to improve my PC's performance.
